What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. If you grant Google Drive access, we also receive OAuth tokens that allow us to create files in your Drive on your behalf.
How we use it
- Your email identifies your account and links you to your job application pipeline.
- Google Drive tokens are used solely to save generated resumes and cover letters to a dedicated “JobMatchers” folder in your Drive. We only access files we create — never your other Drive files.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
Data storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (AWS us-east-1). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not store your Google password.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Your rights
You can revoke Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing us.
